Within one working day of your order, our logistics partners receive the majority of our shipments. For custom printed orders, printing will take an extra three working days after we get your written approval of the artwork. Orders over 1500 Rupees will ship for free. There would be a small fee of Rs. 50 for orders less Rs. 1500.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. As soon as your order is dispatched, you can begin tracking it. As an alternative, you can log in and check the status of your order by visiting the ‘My Account’ section. If you would like to follow the progress of your order, kindly supply a valid email address. While it’s not necessary, creating an account will make it easier to track the package.

For eligible orders, boxifypack currently ships to more than 6000 PIN numbers in India. The shipment transit time ranges from 3 to 10 working days, depending on your Pin Code. You can check the estimated time of delivery and enter the pin code of your location on each product page. Delivery schedules can occasionally be affected by uncontrollable circumstances, such as unforeseen weather delays caused by our courier partners, political unrest, holidays, or labour strikes. boxifypack will not be liable in these circumstances. Once the order is placed, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.

Delivery to a Remote Location:

If the delivery destination is remote, there is a surcharge per shipment (ODA). ODA is described as PIN codes or a town or suburb that is far away, difficult to get to, or only seldom serviced by large carriers. These ODA regions have substantially longer delivery times, and each cargo will incur additional fees. If your delivery area is included in this category, you will be made aware of these fees and the estimated time of delivery at the time of checkout.

Delivery Abroad:

We do not currently provide international delivery. As long as the shipping address is within India, you can make purchases using Indian rupee as a form of payment from anywhere in the world.

GST Bill

Every shipment we dispatch comes with an invoice that is located with the item. Please email us to get a soft copy of the invoice if, after receiving the package, you require one more.

Currently, we provide free delivery to over 6000 PIN codes in India.

As previously stated, we ship the majority of orders within 3 working days (custom printed orders excluded). But occasionally, if we need to manufacture or obtain some of the items from our other warehouses, it can take us up to three working days to ship the order. Should we be unable to dispatch your order within ten business days, we will cancel the portion of the order that has not yet delivered and notify you via email. In this scenario, you will receive a refund in the same method that you originally paid for the portion of the item that hasn’t arrived.

We ship Monday through Saturday, the only days we don’t ship are state and public holidays.

If you have more than one item in your order, they can arrive in separate shipments from different locations. If not every item you ordered is included in the shipment, you will be notified via another email.

Before taking delivery of the products, if you think that the product is not in good condition or that the packaging has been tampered with or destroyed, please decline to accept delivery of the package and contact our Customer Care by phone at [email protected] or by email with your order number. We’ll do everything in our power to get you a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
Please be aware that, in accordance with Indian tax legislation, every item will be supplied with a price invoice.
